My Son Gets Very Bad, Long Blood Clots, Bloody Noses.

My son gets very bad, long blood clots, bloody noses. His eyes are also red. 6 weeks ago he had strep throat and went on an antibiotic. A Dr. he saw last week thought it might be dry nasal passages. He also had a fever at that time, but not now. It has been happening 2-3 times a day. It's a fair amount of blood. Any suggestions?
