My son got bit by an insect or something about three days ago. Arm is now swollen around the bite as well as his lower arm. We are treating at home with topical antibiotic and ibuprofen. Should we seek immediate medical attention or give it a few days to go down. He is not I. Pain and the bite dies not itch. Image to follow
