My Son Got Kicked In His Shin And Later Again

My son got kicked in his shin and later again hit with a foot ball in the same spo- he has a small soft swelling to the shin that is painful to touch - there is not inflammation to it and it is hot - it has not stopped be very active and continue playing on it - its been there about three weeks - it seemed to settle but has come up again today.
