My Son Had 8 Supernumery Teeth Removed 3 Years Ago.

My son had 8 supernumery teeth removed 3 years ago. Initially, they found 5 on the 2d panoramic xray, then an additional 3 on the 3d xray. After the surgery was complete, the oral surgeon advised that she opened the gums and all additional teeth were removed. Today we went for a routine cleaning and they found 2 additional supernumery with no initial signs from last year's xray. What do I do????
