My Son Had A Fever For 4days. Developed A Cough

My son had a fever for 4days. Developed a cough , dizzy and now has a weird swollen rash that appeared on his foot with blue and red color first, went away but is now on hands, elbows, forearm areas.
I know he's been suffering from malnutrition. We're working on that but I'm concerned with all these symptoms and we have NO insurance .
