My Son Had A Fever Of 102 For 2-3 Days

My son had a fever of 102 for 2-3 days straight he has red bumps on his mouth and chin and his gums are swollen and bleeding and he has like 2 white palates behind his 2 front teeth that's also where his gums are swollen in the front and he has bad breathe is there anything I can do for him? Should I take him to the emergency room
