My Son Had A Seizure Disorder And Has Been Prescribed

My son had a seizure disorder and has been prescribed bupropion 75 mg once daily..... He has lost a lot of weight, doesn’t eat, and says his mind is racing..... previously he took Zoloft which drug would be best for him considering his seizure disorder?
