My Son Had An Inguinal Hernia Repaired Last Year, November

My son had an inguinal hernia repaired last year, November I think... he was fine for awhile and now he has shooting pains down his leg into his foot, and it is there whether he is resting of walking. Sometimes the pain is in the arm to and up his neck.
