My Son Had Crohns With Fistula. His Fistula Is Still

My son had crohns with fistula. His fistula is still draining. Last week he was bleeding and had discomfort on his bottom. He was on metrinidazole 400mg for ten days and again for 7 seven days. He is having high fever amd benn sleeping alot. I gave him panadol every 4 hours for fever. He is scared to see GP as he thinks he will be operated for fistular
