My Son Had Fever 102 Last Friday Along With Acute

My son had fever 102 last Friday along with acute stomach pain. Fever reduced with the help of ibujesic+ and mephtal P in 2 days. Doctor also advised to start ofloxin which we are still continuing. for the first 3 days he had vomatting almost twice a day which is stopped now. No loose motion. But his stomach pain is still there and intermittent. Severity is reduced since day 1 but not gone. The same episode was reported once month back but that time after starting with ofloxin he was okay. His stomch pan problem is recurrent last 2 years with the gap of 4 to 6 months. Doctor advised us to perform sonography and blood test. blood test report is attached. His slpeen size is 10.4 . Doctor has suggested endoscopy and colonoscopy next. Need your advise.
