My Son Had His Nose Packed Two Days Ago And

My son had his nose packed two days ago and nose was still bleeding so I brought him to er today. The Ent on call removed packing n sucked out his nose and re packed it with double the size packing and was very rough putting it in. Now my son has been in terrible pain hours after with pain in his nose and terrible pressure in his head and pain in a bunch of his teeth is this normal
