My Son Had Meningococcal Meningitis Recently 11 Months. I Had

My son had meningococcal meningitis recently 11 months. I had to take rifampin due my period but hasn't arrived am on the pill. Getting the pains and feeling it's coming but bo sign. Do I Start back on pill if it doesn't come? Would these situations and meds have delayed it? Also have low bp at moment. Thanks
