My Son Had Mono For Almost A Year And Is

My son had mono for almost a year and is better but has a bit of an imbalance problem--says he is OK sitting down or lying down but not standing up, though no one notices but him. He does't walk funny and he drives. He has some pressure in his ears and he has some mild headaches. Very worried about him--any suggestions.
