My Son Has A Bump On His Forehead And It

My son has a bump on his forehead and it is soft to the touch it feels as if water is inside, how long will it take to heal? He cried briefly but quickly calmed down within 2-3 minutes, he remained awake and no vomiting has occurred. Should I be concerned?
