My Son Has A Heart Rate Of 112 Bpm, While

My son has a heart rate of 112 bpm, while sleeping. He has night terrors. He is having congestion problems, appears to be a cold, runny nose, stuffy nose, light cough, nausea, vomiting, headache, fever of 101 and mucus coming out of his eyes constantly, with redness to eyes and a feeling of something being in one eye. Should I take him to the emergency room or could this just be a normal cold or infection?
