My Son Has A Honeycomb Pattern On His Leg. He

My son has a honeycomb pattern on his leg. He noticed it this morning while getting dressed no pain or itching. I thought it was from the mattress and that it would come off. He was fine all morning in the afternoon diarrhea followed and the pattern is still there no itching no discomfort.
