My Son Has A Lost His Appetite His Hands And

My son has a lost his appetite his hands and feet are orange . He doesn't eat anything with orange in it. This has been going on for a week. Should I be worried?

He does have asthma, neutrapenia. Mild case of cerbal palsy, chronic constipation, history of ulcers.
