My Son Has A Pain On The Right Side Just

My son has a pain on the right side just below his rib cage, & dizziness. He said he's been constipated for, going on, 3 days now. May have a slight fever, not able to check. What could this be? Is this just pain from being constipated or should i take him to see the Dr.?
