My Son Has A Sed Rate Of 27. He Was

My son has a sed rate of 27. He was recently diagnosed with celiac, gastritis, and berrets. After a completely gluten free and dairy free diet of several months, he still has diarriah and now there is some blood in the stool. He will have a colonoscopy on Tuesday. We are wondering what else could be going on.
