My Son Has Allergy After Three Days Z Pack Generic,

My son has allergy after three days z pack generic, I gave him loratadine 10mg around 1:30pn and prednisone around 3:40p . If before allergy spots was very bright now maybe a little lighter.That is not first allergy reaction, but I don't remember if last time take to long, before allergy go away.How long I have to wait?
