My Son Has An Enlarged Tragus. It’s Not Red Or

My son has an enlarged Tragus. It’s not red or itchy but is causing severe pain . I bought him homeopathic ear drops today when I thought it was inside pain but it is the enlarged Tragus causing this severe pain. The rest of his ear looks Normal and I repeat no redness . What can I do to elevate his pain ? It stared 1-2 days ago but the symptoms increased to extreme pain tonight
