My son has an nj tube for nutrition bc of dysphagia but can safely eat purées. This morning he threw up brown stuff and it had been 15 hours since he had eaten baby foods and hasn't had a bowel movement today. I called GI dr and they don't seem concerned but throwing up brown isn't good from what I know. What do you think we should do
