My Son Has Been Complaining Of His Lower Back Hurting

My son has been complaining of his lower back hurting when he woke up this morning and felt tired. When I picked him up from school today he said he was still tired , his stomachache and back are hot but not his head.ne fell asleep as soon as I got him home.
