My Son Has Been Having Recurring Outbreaks Of Hives. No

My son has been having recurring outbreaks of hives. No fever, hasn’t been above 99.8. Yesterday he started with ST, HA, and abc pain. Strep was performed at urgent care and it was negative. Tonight he is complaining of side cramping and L leg cramping. Still having hives...any suggestion? I’m clueless
