My Son Has Been On Antabuse And Still Drinks. He

My son has been on Antabuse and still drinks. He has high blood pressure and takes medication for it . I have heard of this medication and wonder how expensive it is and if it would be right for him. He is 29 years old and has been told he may only have half of his liver left. He HAS to quit. Can you help please
