My Son Has Been On Concerta For 10 Months. Recently

My son has been on concerta for 10 months. Recently he has been experiencing eye movements and is getting worse. Our paediatrician is away so we have taken him to 3 Drs including the children's hospital. No one can help us and we are worried sick. His appt isn't for 3 more days. The hospital said it could be he needs a stinger dose of concerta. Could that cause this.
