My Son Has Been Playing Golf In This Philly Heat

My son has been playing golf in this philly heat wave for 5 straight days trying to qualify for his high school team. And now he has red rashes on his feet and also in his rear end crack....I'm assuming it's wet, humid rash. How can we treat? We've sprayed it with jock itch spray....
