My Son Has Been Running A Fever Since Saturday Night.

My son has been running a fever since Saturday night. The past two nights, he has gotten nose bleeds; really bad nose bleeds. The tests for strep and flu were negative. He has an awful cough. Should I ask for a chest X-ray for pneumonia. I'm freaking out!
