My Son Has Been Spiking High Liver Levels Off And

My son has been spiking high liver levels off and on and throwing up bile off and on since November as high as 187 they finally did an ultrasound of the liver,kidneys and gallbladder yesterday and said I have a kidney stone can that be causing the problem ?
