My Son Has Been To The ER 3 Times In

My son has been to the ER 3 times in the last month. He has numbness and pain in the penis, has to push to per or have a bowl movement, lost back pain, heart racing. He has had urine and blood test that are negative. Also x rays that are negative. This is starting to effect his work. Not sure what to do. He feels helpless
