My Son Has Come On A Vacation From School After

My son has come on a vacation from school after just 2 months and can hear voices talking about him. He is a pianist and has had a gruelling last 2 months due to semester end. Doctors have suggested olimelt 10 mg twice daily to start with. Is that the right way to approach it as he is in denial of his situation saying that he is absolutely fine.
