My Son Has Dvt On His Right Leg, Planters Fleshitis

My son has dvt on his right leg, planters fleshitis on both feet, severely, in which he now has knots and bumps appearing on them. He has had kidney stone problems also, but even after eliminating effects on stretching feet muscles and ligaments, he still has major feet pain. He is not diabetic, but could it be gout that is affecting his feet. Son is 45, and about 65 lbs. overweight. Thanks.
