My Son Has Had A Red Glossy Eye For Like

My son has had a red glossy eye for like a month now. I took him to urgent care at first cause school thought it was pick eye but it turned out it's not. They gave him drops for infection didn't do anything. Some days its less and some days it's more I took him in again and still no pain or discharge nothing. Help what can this be. Thanks
