My Son Has Had Spots Come Up On His Arms

My son has had spots come up on his arms and face. They are small lesions with hard center with a head. He is 7yo and has allergies. They look like insect bites but they he has not complained of being bit by anything. The first one came up about a week ago and there are more each day. Any help is appreciated.
