My Son Has Little Bumps Under The Skin ,they Turned

My son has little bumps under the skin ,they turned into little red blisters, dermatologist put him on antibiotics, it is only on his hands and arms and a few on his legs. My son needs a full knee replacement surgeon will not operate until these bumps are gone, Please help antibiotics did not work
