My Son Has Muscle Weakness And Is Having Trouble Writing

My son has muscle weakness and is having trouble writing and is shaky. He has been having some trouble breathing also but they've checked that out and that's all normal. His blood work is good-I'm wondering about MS or what else it could be. He is getting very few answers at the small town he lives in and I don't know where or what to do.
