My Son Has One Month Old.on Second Day After Birth

My son has one month old.on second day after birth he had slight yellowish discolouration all over the body and his total bilirubin level was 13.6mg/dl. After one day phototherapy the bilirubin level came to 12.8mg/dl and then it lowered to 12.2mg/dl 3 days after discharge. He is exposing to sunlight till today. But still the yellowish discolouration of sclera is existing. Is this abnormal? Should I need to make consultation with paediatrician?
