My Son Has Primary Diagnosis Of Moebius Syndrome Diagnosed At

My son has primary diagnosis of Moebius Syndrome diagnosed at 4 weeks of age autism at 2 years of age and MS. diagnosed at 25 years of age. He is now experiencing orthostatic hypotension with syncope that lasts longer than a few minutes. This was also symptoms that lead to the MS diagnosis. At birth he had vagus nerve involvement in the Moebius in that all craniofacial nerves were impaired so he had bradycardia and apnea as well as inability to swallow, cough gag sneeze and blink his eyes. he was totally paralyzed for the first 6 months of his life but extensive therapy helped him develop but with delays. Given his history is it possible that the orthostatic hypotension with syncope are related to his underlying neurological conditions. I look forward to your reply. Thank you
