My Son Has Red Bumps On His Legs And His

My son has red bumps on his legs and his wrists and they itch really bad. I was freaking out that it might be scabies but i took him in to dr and he doesn't think so. But I treated him anyways. That was yesterday and he is still itching really bad. The only other change is we got a new dog.
