My Son Has Rosatia And Went To 3 Different Doctors

My son has rosatia and went to 3 different doctors one prescribe a gel that did nothing ,the second a medication nothing good happened and third dr. put needles in his face but his skin looks no better. Do you recommend anything he can try ? His skin looks terrible he is very embarrassed.
