My Son Has Swollen Lymph Noids In Throats And Under

My son has swollen lymph noids in throats and under his arms. His gums are bleeding and he has lost about 10 lbs. he is 21 and for two months has complained with achy legs. He had strep throats twice in 6 weeks and just tested positive for mono. Could it be more?
