My Son Has Tightness In The Back Of His Head

My son has tightness in the back of his head and feeling of something moving around in there, no pain, sometimes dizziness, what could this be? He had a recent normal MRI with some edemia noted in sinus. Could you tell us what this is? And what further tests would be helpful?
