My Son Has Trouble Concentrating On Things That Do Not

My son has trouble concentrating on things that do not interest him. But is not hyper also suffers from panic attacks . The doctor put him on focalin and Paxil 20mg. He says the combination makes him feel weird not like himself. Could this combo not be right for him?
