My Son Has Type 1 Diabetes And Takes Insulin. He

My son has type 1 diabetes and takes insulin. He went to the er the other day for panic attacks and also mentioned he is having stomach trouble. They gave him a script for Reglan for nausea and vomiting.
I saw that it could interact with insulin. Is it ok for himto take it?
