My Son Has Upper Respiratory Problems Every Year Around Fall

My son has upper respiratory problems every year around fall he catches phonomia we caught him getting sick and he has been on antibiotics for ten days but this morning he woke up with a bad cough and weezing it got better thru the afternoon but when it turned night he sounded bad again I checked his temperature and it's 95.4F I've turned the ac off and have him in blankets also have a humidifier by his bed I need to know should I bring him to the ER!?
