My Son Has White And Black "things" Coming Out Of

My son has white and black "things" coming out of his pores on the palm of his hand, his first two digits and his scrotum and penis. He is 50, and saw a infectious disease specialist who dismissed him, saying it was contact dermatitis. I have seen these "things" - and in a viseo he sent me, I could see movement. What on earth???
