My Son Have Tubes Put In February Of This Year

My son have tubes put in February of this year and a month later the left tube fell out. We haven't had any problems until now. His left ear has drainage and is now looking like blood is mixing with it, I wasn't sure what this means? These pictures are from today about 3:30
