My Son Hit His Head Hard On Another Kids Knee

My son hit his head hard on another kids knee resulting in a large lump on the front ride side of his head.he doesn't have any confusion at this time.although the bump is soft and squishy in the center of it.no blurred vision or dizziness.just hurts to touch.should I be concerned?
