My Son Hit His Head Into Another Child's Chest During

My son hit his head into another child's chest during a basketball game. Suddenly his hearing was affected. He could only hear the ceiling fans in the building with out voices sounding muffled. As his hearing adjusted, it's 12 hours later and it's still muffled. He says it's almost like when he's swimming he has water in his ear.
