My Son Hit His Head Really Hard Yesterday And Then

My son hit his head really hard yesterday and then again today. He isn't showing signs of a concussion but he also isn't acting like himself. He is wanting to be held all the time and holding his ears. He is also a lot more quiet then normal. Should I be worried?
